Compliance Disclaimer: – Welcome to our platform, before you delve into our content, it’s important we clarify the purpose and scope of the information we provide. We ban any recommendations for stocks on our platform, we do not provide advice on financial products. Our articles, blog posts, and other materials are designed to be informative regarding fraud and scams, [many of which are perpetrated by holders of financial service licences,] shedding light on the intricacies of the manipulation in the financial world. However, they are not intended to serve as financial advice in any capacity. Why is this, you may ask? Because we are not licensed financial advisers and not engaged in promoting investments. We do not discuss specific investment products or investment strategies. Our platform raises red flags where there may be manipulation of investors into being conned out of their money. Our mission is to connect investors to promote peer to peer support in fraud prevention and stopping victims being preyed on. We hope this equips you with knowledge, but how you use this knowledge is entirely up to you. This means the responsibility of making investment decisions rests with you. Every investment carries potential risks and rewards, and understanding these is crucial. We strongly encourage you to conduct your own thorough research and seek advice from a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decisions. The power to shape your financial future is in your hands. We’re here to connect you with other investors on this journey who can provide valuable insights and information regarding the unscrupulous practices of some companies and the industry in general. But remember, the final decision is always yours. So, arm yourself with knowledge, seek professional advice, and chart your own path in the world of finance. Together, let’s foster a culture of shared experience, knowledge, and prevention of fraudulent investor manipulation.

We have no affiliation with ASX, ASIC, or any regulatory body. ASX ScamWatchers are the facilitators to build a community of ScamWatchers who are sick of the fraud and scams on the ASX, the ASX Investors accounts and sites that pump and dump stocks to rip off average working people who misguidedly believe the company or paid pumpers.

We provide a free platform for Retail Investors via our Discord Server (a social media chatroom) to connect, research and expose ASX Investment Scams via the Discord Server. This build a peer to peer sharing of knowledge and experience. This permits up-to-date information on the latest scams and ASX Fraud Awareness that are happening across the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). In addition, ScamWatchers enables peer to peer advice on how to avoid falling victim to these scams, tips on how to spot red flags and stay vigilant. If you’re an experienced investor or just starting out, ASX ScamWatchers aims to be an essential tool for sharing knowledge on the manipulation and helping prevent victims losing life savings.

Why did I start this? I was a victim of a Stock Market Scam investing in a company that got delisted, resulting in the disappearance of my money. Unfortunately, we couldn’t gather enough investors to proceed with a class action, and ASIC didn’t take any action either. This led me to create a Discord server, which greatly benefited fellow shareholders. We were able to connect and engage with a company representative, allowing us to at least seek answers to our questions. It was through this experience that I realized the power of connecting retail investors, leading to the establishment of ASX ScamWatchers.

I am not a professional investor, nor do I come from a wealthy background. I have worked hard and earned some money. This platform is designed for people like me, who make up a significant portion of the ASX Stock Market. Tired of simply saying that I don’t want to see people lose money, I decided to take action by building a platform for peer to peer ASX Investor Education against ASX Investment Fraud and Stock Market Manipulation. It may upset some influential groups, but eventually, everyone will recognize the value of a balanced discussion. Even the financial influencers may have valuable insights to offer about overhyped businesses.

We have no affiliation with ASX, ASIC, or any regulatory body. Joining the Discord can complement their work, but our roots dig deeper into the grassroots level and connects investors directly to discuss potential pumps, scams and fraud before being a victim.

ASX has candidly admitted its limitations in combating the majority of fraudulent activities.

“ASX often receives complaints about matters that are regulated by ASIC under the Corporations Act13 rather than by ASX under the Operating Rules. ASX is powerless to do anything about these”

ASX Enforcement Rules

Regulators Are Not The Casualties – Enough is Enough

ASIC and the ASX can only ever take a reactive approach once a potential fraud has been detected, often well after investors have lost their life savings, an unjust and heart wrenching reality.

The Power of Connection

Let’s face it – too many hardworking individuals, young people venturing into the world of investments, and countless ‘mum and dad’ investors have seen their sweat-soaked earnings vanish into thin air. They’re victims of fraudulent practices that twist and turn the market like a puppeteer.

Market regulation can be shaped by the demand for stronger protections from retail investors. However, it is a slow and reactive process. By striking a balance between managing hype and providing resources to uncover manipulators, we can strengthen our defenses against market manipulation and misinformation.

ASX ScamWatchers connects retail investors, to assist conducting research. Here, we rely solely on the shared experiences and verifiable facts. No pumps, no hype, no manipulation. Instead, we encourage peer-to-peer engagement centered around research, discussions, and evidence. If you seek a platform to discuss companies’ potential for unicorn status or moonshot success, there are plenty of alternatives available.

Our goal is to strike a balance and mitigate the effects of undue hype. There are a lot of smart and experienced retail investors out there, people with experience in different industries, that may understand the technology of a company better than the average Joe. A space to tap into that knowledge does not currently exist without hype, cabals or trolls.

Troll free, no cabals or bully squads, no fake profiles, arguments or throwing food at each other. Just a quiet space to help retail investors research through peer to peer support. Think of it like a library, a quiet space, no screaming at each other or getting triggered, a place where adults can ask a question and get an opinion.

There is a place for a new kind of community in the market, one that puts protection of retail investor capital as a priority, not allowing the cabals and paid promoters to speak. Help us create it by joining our Discord,

ASIC, our financial watchdog, acknowledges a chilling reality.

“Reality is different. On any given day there will be a range of queries we will make (and before us, ASX made) of market participants. Some of these will lead to further review and some to investigation, and ultimately some might get to prosecution.”

A platform at retail level is needed to proactively flag potential fraud and prevent victims falling prey to ASX Scams

We’re here to say: enough is enough.

Think of us as the WikiLeaks for the ASX – bold, unflinching, and determined to expose the truth. Let’s be clear: we have no affiliations with ASX, ASIC, or any regulatory bodies. Our mission? To bolster their efforts from the ground up and put an end to the exploitation of everyday ‘mum and dad’ investors.

Together, we can stop the manipulation. Together, we can protect our investments. Will you stand with us?
